Aaron Parry
Aaron Parry is an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner with a strong foundation in trauma-informed care and a commitment to evidence-based, person-centred practice. Currently completing his Master of Professional Psychology at Griffith University, Aaron brings a multi-disciplinary background that includes a Bachelor of Laws and extensive hands-on experience across disability, mental health, and community sectors.
Aaron has supported NDIS participants of all ages with complex behavioural needs, specialising in conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs), developing Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs), and working collaboratively with families, carers, and allied health professionals. He is dedicated to improving quality of life and reducing restrictive practices through strengths-based, holistic interventions.
