Behaviour Support Practitioner

Jade is an experienced and passionate Behaviour Support Practitioner with over a decade in the community services sector, specialising in mental health, disability, and forensic settings. With a Master of Social Work from Federation University and extensive clinical leadership experience, Jade brings a person-centred and trauma-informed approach to behaviour support.

Jade has supported multidisciplinary teams, developed and implements Behaviour Support Plans, ensures compliance with NDIS and legislative frameworks.
She has previously held leadership roles with Australian Health Professionals, the Department of Justice, and Ermha365, where she managed complex caseloads and coordinated service delivery for individuals with high and complex needs.

Jade is committed to reducing stigma, empowering participants, and fostering inclusive, evidence-based practice. Her expertise includes restrictive practice reporting, stakeholder collaboration, and crisis response, underpinned by qualifications in ASSIST, Trauma-Informed Practice, and Positive Behaviour Support planning.
