Kallen is a committed Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner with a background in social work and community services, offering over nine years of experience in supporting individuals with complex needs, including those with mental health challenges and forensic orders.
Recently achieving proficiency under the NDIS capability framework, Kallen is dedicated to providing evidence-based, person-centered support to individuals, helping them navigate challenges and achieve meaningful outcomes.
As a PBS Practitioner, Kallen specialises in working closely with individuals to develop tailored Behaviour Support Plans and Behaviour Risk Assessments, as well as creating personalised interventions that prioritise well-being and long-term success. Kallen’s work also includes supporting individuals under forensic orders, ensuring that interventions are aligned with legal requirements, while focusing on rehabilitation and positive behavioural change.
Collaborating with families, multidisciplinary teams, and senior practitioners, Kallen strives to create an environment where individuals are empowered and supported holistically.
