Coordinator (Behaviour Support Practitioner)

Mikalie is a compassionate and dedicated Behaviour Support Practitioner Coordinator with a strong background in delivering person-centred, evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support under the NDIS. With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Canberra, she brings both academic expertise and hands-on experience to her role.

Mikalie has worked across a range of settings, including early intervention services, private mental health organisations, and multidisciplinary teams. She has extensive experience conducting functional behaviour assessments, developing and implementing Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs), and training stakeholders to support behaviour change strategies. Her practice is grounded in trauma-informed care, and she is deeply committed to upholding human rights and dignity for all clients.
