With qualifications including a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (BBSci), a Master of Social Work (MSW) and a DipBM, Vanessa brings many year experience in both government and community-based services. A skilled EMDR therapist and DBT facilitator, she has extensive experience supporting complex clients with mental health diagnoses and disabilities. Vanessa is deeply committed to ensuring optimal client outcomes, focusing on individualized care plans that prioritise each person’s unique strengths and goals. Her leadership is rooted in a personal approach—listening to stories, building trust, and creating a space where everyone is seen, heard, and celebrated.
